Reference: Dog body taken from a manga,characters taken from web and calender and flowers from a photo.
This is the longest I've ever spent on a picture,but it doesn't look that much better from all my other stuff. I think it lacks a lot of contrast and the shading is pretty dull. The only shading I'm really happy with is the ribbon around the ingot. I'm sure there is a few anatomical mistakes here too. Originally this was going to be a chibi dog boy running with a dog,both carrying red packets or nuggets. I don't think the nugget(ingot) here is the right shape,but it looks nuggety enough for me. I don't like the dog much,but he's part of the picture. I could go on,but I'll take too much space.

I want to steal the dog. And the intuos. And the New Year. 
Is good. Initially i thought it was hand painted until i saw the catagory. One of the things i would do is define the lines a bit more in the face and hands. In the hand, i can't see what the fingers are doing.
